  • Does the standard and 6-hour rental time includes your set up time?
    No. We will arrive 1 to 2 hours early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play. So please have an adult present to sign any additional paperwork!
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes, only if it not offensive to others.
  • Do you deliver to other cities?
    No, we only cover up to 15 miles outside the Memphis Merto area.
  • What About Weather?
    A: If the morning of the event looks like it is going to rain then you can call and cancel, and you will not get charged. If we setup and it starts to rain during your event, we would be happy to give a discount. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, and deal with Mother Nature. If winds do pick up before we get back to take down please have all individuals exit the inflatable and unplug it so it can deflate and not turn into a kite and blow away. Winds up to 12 MPH are not a problem!
  • Does the price include set up and delivery?
    Inflatables setups are free! A $25.00 Delivery Fee add to all bookings. Additional fees may apply for areas father out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
  • When do you setup?
    That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up early as 4 hours in advance. We will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location the time we arrive.
  • We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
    No. The inflatable, seating setups and concessions will be clean when you get it. TK'S Entertainment cleans and disinfects before and after every rental.
  • Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
    Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords. (Only unplug if the wind picks up)
  • What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
    No. Most parks do not have electricity.
  • What payments do you take?
    Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
  • What if we need to cancel?
    Call us before we depart to set up the inflatable and you won't be charged for it ($50 Booking Fee is non-refundable but can be used towards a future reservation.)
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, all orders require a $100 Credit Card deposit for set date. If you cancel with in 72 hours of your event the $50 deposit is non-refundable, you will be given a $50 rain check good for 1 month. If you cancel once date is set, there is a $25 restocking fee!
  • How big are the jumps?
    Our standard jumps are 17'x13'. Please not the space required for each jump is (listed in details of each picture) as some are very big and need extra space to make sure it will fit. Jumps needs room to be staked and will need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. If you have stairs or tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
  • What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
    Check the size of each inflatable to make sure you have enough space for the unit. Also make sure you have at least4' access to the area where it will be setup. The inflatable can weigh up to 500 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample space.
  • What surfaces do you set up on?
    We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for kids)' asphalt and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Surface fee is applied if set up on concrete.
  • Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
    Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. it this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in High Winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. that can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can trained.
  • What is an FAQ section?
